Terms of Service
Toolxpo is free to use and requires no account. These terms explain the handful of rules that come with that.
Last updated: August 9, 2026
1. Accepting these terms
By opening Toolxpo or using any tool on it, you agree to what follows. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. We may revise these terms as the toolkit grows; the date above always reflects the version in force, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
2. What Toolxpo provides
Toolxpo is a collection of browser-based utilities for images, PDFs, and structured text. The tools run inside your own browser tab — your files are not uploaded to us. There is no sign-up, no licence key, and no usage quota.
3. How you may use the tools
You may use Toolxpo for personal, educational, and commercial work, including on files you produce for clients. You do not owe us attribution and you keep every right you already had in your files.
You agree not to:
- Process material you have no right to process — content that infringes someone else's copyright, or that is unlawful where you are.
- Automate, scrape, or hammer the site in a way that degrades it for other people.
- Republish Toolxpo as your own service, or strip its branding and present the tools as yours.
- Attempt to breach, probe, or reverse-engineer the site's infrastructure.
4. Your files and your responsibility
Because processing happens on your device, you remain solely responsible for the files you open and the output you produce. Keep your own backups — a browser tab can be closed, refreshed, or run out of memory, and when it does the work in it is gone. We cannot recover it for you.
5. Availability
Toolxpo is offered as-is and as-available. We may change, pause, or retire any tool without notice, and we do not promise uninterrupted service. Nothing here creates an SLA.
6. Intellectual property
The Toolxpo name, logo, interface, and site content belong to us. Your files, and anything you generate with the tools, belong to you — we claim no licence over them.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Toolxpo is not liable for lost data, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential damage arising from use of the site. See the disclaimer for the practical version of this.
8. Governing terms
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. These terms, together with the privacy policy and cookie policy, are the whole agreement between you and Toolxpo.
