Toolxpo works hard to get your files right, but no automated converter is perfect. Here is exactly what that means for you.

Always keep the original
Treat every tool as producing a new copy, never a replacement. Compression is lossy by design, background removal is an estimate, and format conversion involves choices. Keep your source file until you have opened the output and confirmed it is what you wanted.
Check the output before you rely on it
- Compressed images trade detail for size. Inspect at full resolution before publishing or printing.
- Merged PDFs should be paged through — confirm the order, orientation, and that no source document was truncated.
- JSON conversions flatten nested structures into columns. Deeply nested or irregular data may need manual review.
- Background removal struggles with hair, glass, and low-contrast edges. Expect to touch up fine detail.
No warranty
The tools are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that any tool is accurate, error-free, or available at a given moment.
Not professional advice
Toolxpo is a set of file utilities. Nothing on this site — including blog articles — constitutes legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Do not use a converted document as the sole basis for a decision that matters; verify it against the original and consult a qualified professional where the stakes warrant it.
Your data, your device
Because processing happens in your browser, results depend on your device, its available memory, and your browser version. A very large file may fail on a phone and succeed on a laptop. A crashed or closed tab loses the work in progress — as described in the privacy policy, we hold no copy to restore from.
External links
Where the site links out, we do not control the destination and are not responsible for its content, accuracy, or privacy practices.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Toolxpo accepts no liability for loss or damage arising from use of the tools or reliance on their output. Full wording is in the terms of service.
