The short version: your files never leave your device, so there is nothing for us to collect, sell, or lose.

How the tools handle your files
Every tool on Toolxpo — compressing an image, merging PDFs, formatting JSON, converting JSON to a spreadsheet, removing a background — runs as code inside your browser tab. The file you choose is read into your own device's memory, transformed there, and written back out as a download.
No file, page, or byte of your content is transmitted to a Toolxpo server. We have no copy of your work, which also means we cannot retrieve it for you if you lose it. Closing the tab discards everything.
What we store on your device
One item, and only if you use the light/dark switch: a browser localStorage entry named toolxpo-themeholding the word "light" or "dark". It never leaves your browser and clearing site data removes it. Details are in the cookie policy.
Accounts and personal data
There is no sign-up, no login, and no profile. We do not ask for your name, email address, or payment details in order to use a tool. The only personal data we ever hold is what you voluntarily put in an email to us, and that lives in our mailbox — used to answer you, and nothing else.
Analytics and advertising
Toolxpo runs no analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, and no third-party trackers. We do not build a profile of you and we have nothing to sell to a data broker.
Third parties in the page
- Hosting. Our host processes ordinary web request logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL) to serve the site and defend it from abuse. This is standard server infrastructure, not tracking.
- Fonts. The Inter typeface is served from our own domain, so no font CDN sees your visit.
- Blog content. Articles are fetched from blog.toolxpo.com, a domain we operate.
Children
Toolxpo is a general-purpose utility site and collects no data from anyone, including children. No age gate is needed because there is nothing to sign up for.
Your rights
Rights such as access, correction, and erasure apply to data a service holds about you. We hold none, so in practice there is nothing to request — but if you have emailed us and want that correspondence deleted, ask and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If a future tool ever needs to send data to a server, this page will say so clearly and the date above will change before that tool ships.
