About This Tool
This tool removes an image's background by detecting a target color and making every closely-matching pixel transparent, leaving a clean PNG cutout of the subject. It automatically samples the top-left corner as a starting guess, and you can click anywhere on the image to pick the exact background color instead.
How to Use
- Drop an image onto the upload area, or click to browse — the background color is detected automatically from the top-left corner.
- If the wrong color was picked, click anywhere on the image to sample the correct background color instead.
- Drag the Tolerance slider until the preview cleanly separates subject from background.
- Click "Remove Background", then "Download PNG" to save the transparent result.
